Privacy policy
At CMCG we only collect the information we need to answer you and support your training. This page explains, in plain words, what we collect, why, and how to exercise your rights, in line with Moroccan Law No. 09-08 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data.

01Who we are
The data controller is CMCG – Centre Mondial de Comptabilité et de Gestion, a training centre located at 23, Rue Carnot (MABROUK – Imm. Atento), 4th floor, No. 02, Tangier 90070, Morocco.
02The data we collect
Depending on how you get in touch with us, we may collect:
- Facebook and Instagram lead forms: name, phone number, city and education level, plus your answers to the form questions.
- Website forms (booking, registration): name, phone, city, education level, chosen course, availability and, for final registration only, your national ID (CIN) number and photos.
- WhatsApp or phone conversations: the messages you send us and the information you share.
- Browsing data: pages viewed, device type, visit source (for example an ad) and measurement cookies (Meta Pixel, Google Ads, Google Analytics).
03Why we use it
Your data is used only to:
- get back to you and answer your questions about our courses;
- check that the course fits your profile (city and education level);
- manage your registration, schedule and follow-up;
- measure how well our ads work and improve our website.
04Legal basis
We process your data based on the consent you give when you fill in a form or message us and, for enrolled trainees, to deliver the course you registered for.
05Who can see your data
Your data is only seen by the CMCG team in charge of answering and supporting you. We use technical providers that process it on our behalf: Meta (Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp), Google (advertising and statistics) and our web host.
We never sell or rent your personal data.
06How long we keep it
- Enquiries without registration: up to 12 months after our last exchange.
- Registration files: for the length of the course, then as long as our legal and accounting obligations require.
- Browsing data and measurement cookies: up to 13 months.
07Cookies and advertising
Our website uses Meta and Google measurement cookies to know which ads brought you to us. You can block or delete them at any time in your browser settings, and manage your ad preferences in your Facebook or Google account settings.
08Security
The website is served over an encrypted connection (HTTPS), the admin area is password-protected and restricted to the CMCG team, and ID card photos are not stored on the website.
09Your rights
Under Law No. 09-08 you have the right to access, correct and object to the processing of your data. You can also ask us to delete it. Write to us at the address below and we will reply within 30 days.
If you believe your rights have not been respected, you can contact Morocco's data protection authority (CNDP – www.cndp.ma).
10Minors
If you are under 18, please fill in our forms with the agreement of a parent or legal guardian.
11Changes
We may update this policy. The date of the last update is shown at the top of this page.
